Backbase went to FrontTrends in Warsaw.

Two weeks ago, we were a sponsor of the Front-Trends Conference in Warsaw. We spent three days helping with technical discussions around web and mobile development, discovering the newest trends, technologies and ideas in front-end development. We also had a chance to talk about the evolution of Front-end Style Guides and present some Backbase plans with BLOC (Backbase Library of Components) initiative.

Our BLOC evangelist and active open source citizen, Robert Haritonov, presented a talk called ‘The Style Guide Platform’ (video coming soon). In his talk, Robert covered a set of modern tools and future development workflows enhanced with integrated communication features, automated testing capabilities and Style-Guide-driven development approach.

Thanks to broad experience with maintaining open source SourceJS.com Style Guide engine, we were able to cover real-life use cases and inspire developers to follow us in building a single-entry-point platform for all UI development processes.

We’re looking forward to sharing more Backbase experiences in implementing cutting-edge workflows and pushing the web forwards, so we hope to meet you in other upcoming conferences!
