  1. I’ve seen the same trends in studies conducted by PwC on my area of interest, retail banking. The Experience Radar 2013 study (http://www.pwc.com/us/en/advisory/customer-impact/publications/2012-retail-bank-experience-radar.jhtml) shows that the rise of the digital consumer and the fact that the cost of a branch transaction is 20x higher than a mobile transaction will only fuel the rapid rise in mobile.
