The Web and Beyond 2010: the day after

Yesterday Backbase attended The Web and Beyond 2010 event, (also sponsored by Backbase). The two presentations that really made an impression are those of Chris Fahey and Stephen Anderson. I include the slides of Chris Fahey below.
